Most spells in SkillLineAbility doesn't use a class mask including a lot of DK ones but I'll try adding 32 to mine and see what happens

I made an extra skillline for npc control skills that all classes use and they all use 0 and work fine. Although I never tried adding them to a trainer... maybe having that set does get checked by the core :/

Honestly this stopped being worth the effort hours ago since it's just my own offline server and I don't even mind adding the spells through GM command, spell tomes or quests, it's more that I want to learn how to do implement new class spells the 'proper' way through trainers

If you go to the effect tab in your spell and expand the spell class mask dropdowns and hover over the values you see which spells they target based on the family.

It's still always neat to know how stuff is connected, maybe other features depend on it
