Then it'd be fine I guess, its a bit of a mess when you're helping someone, and someone else asks something too etc.

I wouldn't mind too much although a "quick question" channel might still be good to have

Yeah and the forum would make it way easier for people to search for problems other people had aswell

What would the benefit over a post in the forum be? You can create a post for every question you have or gather multiple in one post

Idk, a channel you can just chime in for small questions has less of an entrance hurdle than clicking on a topic
It's just abit weird to me that we bounced from chatrooms way back, to forums, back to chats and now back to forums ^^

The only thing I could think of is that your entry there is wrong then. Maybe a duplicate id? Typo in the spell? Wrong class/race mask?

The forum it would so much better since it's cleaner and if they want a "quick" chat channel you can add it as a post forum and let it opened ( maybe called like "quick question" or something like that)
