How do I guarantee that it's unique?

Okay next question:

https://www.azerothcore.org/pages/eluna/...ation.html

I'm looking at the "facing" or "orientation" value and it says that you can use "all decimal numbers" - what does that mean? Is it in degrees, radians, or something else?
