I was pretty sure when I played a month ago that some tooltips were flicking, and replacing their values after 0.x seconds.

Could be the player tooltips, those we change to replace the level of the target to match the item level and not backend level

But then again, if you change the values it would require clients to clear the cache to request these new values right?
