You can't right click equip secondary slots, ie offhand, secondary trinket and secondary ring

The only way I saw it would be possible in CGTooltip::SetItem would be similar to how heirlooms work.

Just stock item handling, the client sees the virtual item id as the normal item id, then queries the server if it isn't cached
