hackfix is to create npc with aura of that spell and spawn it on u and send it to direction of where u are looking and despawn it after either time or distance

yea, that's kind of how it was done with dummies in wc3 too. The issue is though, that you'd need to add quite a lot of tracking stuff to avoid multi-hits from single projectiles and such.

well should it hit once or once each target ? if only once it could be aura of 1 stack and after hit consume stack and without aura despawn npc (its hidden npc so it doesnt matter but just to be kosher)
