If there is an actual degree of moderation to having topics being archived I.e "How do I open noggit" and what not, and we can refer to people there and what not, I see it being beneficial , however due to a lack of moderation as it is (given the size of the team) I don't see how it would function nicely

I haven't looked too deep into it but for my 772 spells the classmask is either 32 or 0 in my dbc.

My bad, might not be the mask, I'm talking about the "spell family name" value in stoneharry's editor. When I made my custom spells I used an existing DK spell as a base so if that was under the correct mask then my spells should also be, or at least I assume so

The class mask can be set in SkillLineAbility.dbc to further filter who can see it in their spellbook. You can have a spell that is in 2 different skilllines for 2 classes for example I think.
It is unrelated to the spell family. The family controls what other spells (like talents, glyphs) effect your spell.
