I used to have a lot of old/used enterprise grade stuff at the house. But wifi was changing too quickly and wasn't worth [my effort] to keep it up. In the last year just replaced the last one which was an OLD cisco asa router with a little mikrotik.

https://setuprouter.com/router/inteno/eg400/login.htm - has some default username/passwords you can try. But I would assume if it was provided/setup by the ISP they probably have one assigned. If it isn't on the bottom you will probably need to call.
