Still need to rewrite the script loader to precompile on load/reload so we don't have to compile the code on ever state creation

I'm happy to hear the multistate keeps going. Lua scripting should be a thing really everywhere in the wow emulation. Can't have enough power for it.

Technically it wasn't even the Lua engine that caused the issues, it was our metrics gathering
