If it does follow the azerothcore guide probably yes. Mysql 8.0 has been dropped though, it is mysql 8.4+ now.

Maybe try kebful's repack if you are really new and don t want to bother but you may consider compile your own server
But if you attend to use a repack be aware to avoid deprecated repack or dont use shady ones.
