I can tell you importing and exporting a blizzlike dbc results in no diff. It's likely your dbcs are mixed locale, contain duplicate records, or some similar corruption issue. If you have been editing them by hand, that is likely

Any hint where I can get Blizz DBCs fast? I mean, can't think of anything except from compiling extractor and extracting them from pure 3.3.5a client.

The packed in WOTLK DBCs are not complete. On import it fails because it can't load "FactionTemplate.dbc"

Spell editor only works with spell dbcs, but any dbc can be imported and exported using the tool

Yes, that's why I need to get Blizz full DBCs so I can try the full test import and export. As I wrote above, I am not looking for spell editor, but to get all DBCs to mysql server and back
