I'd recommend either setting up a table to compare bones from dracthyr with bloodelve's one by one or paint static meshes red attached to the head bone (you can find out which one by looking at some of the hairstyles; it should be around 040 and exist in every hairstyle)

You have horns that are static, they do not wiggle like elves' ears, so you can try assigning head bone weight to 1 via weight paint or via edit mode for these horns and see if that spares you some labor
