Attaching bugged and non bugged versions of the dbc in question to any helpful soul who might be kind enough to look into this.

yes, it pretty much all looks and works fine in game. Code compiled fine, UI edits, database, other DBCS. The necromancer basically works.

It seems like a sporadic error. Sometimes I have gotten my CharBaseInfo.dbc to be accepted with all races except one as class 12 (the new class id). and sometimes when I edit it further it crashes and even if I edit back that same dbc to the earlier state, the bug remains.

Which is why my only real guess is the DBCs sometimes get bad data when I work with it or something. The client happily accepted some skilline changes including new spells etc. And then when I simply open that dbc and edit in a few new lines for higher ranks of a working spell - it crashes client

No. the classmask has worked fine for all other entries and the necromancer generates all skills and starting spells correctly. Since you asked, I tried setting all the recent skilline entries from 2048 to 0 but that didnt do anything.

all the previous entries with masks that cover all class masks have been added by 2048 and have worked fine, just to be clear.
