only thing in those i see that differs from mine is `Flags` in SpellVisualKit.dbc should be set to 4
and also in Spell.dbc all of the `*_Lang_Mask` columns (one for name, description, and aura description) should be set to 16712190 (although i dont think that would affect anything)

I would try setting `Flags` in SpellVisualKit.dbc for the kit your SpellVisual is using to 4

so in SpellVisualKit.dbc that's entry 20005, set the last column `Flags` = 4
then update server and client dbc and test
