But how do you do it if in the creaturesounddata you have a value with a sound range, while in the objecteffect you have a flight statetype with another sound range if it only has one flapID in dbc?

This is the point I don't understand, where to act with the animationData? Because if I understood correctly, the statetype has nothing to do with the animationdata if? Otherwise I have to modify the statetypes which have a "flightstart" or what by a swim in 41 for example?

if you're talking about the sound you have not in fly, then yes, you would need to change the statetype from ObjectEffectPackageElem.dbc
