The sounds in later expansions got moved to SoundKit.db2. You should find the sounds under the ids in your creaturesounddata there.

Yeah I think it did, but probably before wow.tools went out of updates

Yeah wow.tools foes up to 10.1 or something like that. I will look at wago.tools see if I can find the entries there as well
