It's the same Globalseq whether you run at offset or not

The resulting file still needs sequences linked up with the final timestamp

so, i have to run the template first on the unmodified m2?

Considering I just ran it on the fresh exported m2 at offset 0x8 and it had the same GlobalSeq value (1) and pointer (130h) as the converted file,

The only problem with my method, and I'm not sure any other method actually solves this problem, is that the textures all follow 1 sequence and end at the same timestamp

So if you have 2 texture animations that normally have shorter or longer sequences, 1 will bug out

I'm sure if there's a solution to that problem, someone more experienced could answer your question, but this is just how I've been solving it for my converted files if they have animated textures that don't work automatically
