I don't have this specific shader reversed but the params are stored in `0x00D44CA8` and size is 46 * 4 float

and yes you can change the shader to whatever you want if you know how to push data; we changed the terrain shader to support texture scaling

Those are compiled shaders though. It can try to deduce some of what it does, but I don't think that's enough to go on to really map what the shader settings in the DBCs does to the actual shader itself
