the client is about 7.5 million bytes, let's say a line of code is like 30? bytes on average we'd be looking at 250k lines

The biggest thing is the structures imo with wow, once you kind of figure out how they're doing things, it becomes much easier to figure most of the things out

I'd agree with Robin here, once you get the foundation reversed, having the full source to "recompile" it is probably worse
