Forgive me, haven't used recent Noggit, but last time I had heard there wasn't a way to generate a flat blank map to start with, am I misinformed?

I'm not fluent in Noggit lingo. I've been waiting for the tools to improve (and it appears they are) so when you create a new map, can you define the x/y or the "chunk" sizes or whatever it's called? My passive gleaning of information is that maps are made up of ADT's in a large grid. Can you define the grid size on map creation? What is the maximum in WoW?
