You can simply keep only the geometry you want and just remove the rest.

that way you won't need to set any values for creatureGeosetData in CreatureDisplayInfo.dbc

I have shown you how geometry dbcs works. You can join some of the parts as people up there say so you will fit the limit and k go

Wbs can break some newest models. I'd suggest you to use m2mod on some newer models

so that value is defines which geoset option for each geoset group to render
it supports up to 8 geoset groups, each of them can have up to probably 16 options (if it counts the 0 one, if not - 15)
so lets say you have a value 0x12345678
that means the model will render:
submesh with id 0 (0000 skin one in wbs) loads by default
submesh with id 108 (geoset group 1, option 8 = 0x8 = 0x00000008)
submesh with id 207 (geoset group 2, option 8 = 0x70 = 0x00000070)
submesh with id 306 (geoset group 3, option 6 = 0x600 = 0x00000600)
submesh with id 405 (geoset group 4, option 5 = 0x5000 = 0x00005000)
submesh with id 504 (geoset group 5, option 4 = 0x40000 = 0x00040000)
submesh with id 603 (geoset group 6, option 3 = 0x300000 = 0x00300000)
submesh with id 702 (geoset group 7, option 2 = 0x2000000 = 0x02000000)
submesh with id 801 (geoset group 8, option 1 = 0x10000000)
