You can open it with winrar and explore the .jar but I'm not knowledgeable in that area to now if its actually worth using

Wmo area table is definitely a fixed order. I spent a while debugging that

It will load without error with a bad order but some wmo area tables will not be in memory

good find anyways, would be good to test for people who have errors with it, but I expect most of the updates were for WOD+ version, not vanilla
