animations are hardcoded in client, cant be converted like that

you can replace kits and do it manually for models but converter couldnt handle that

Why is a character animations fine for jm2converter, but for example that cog 2h hammer in Molten Core not ok when downporting? I tried to make Buzzsaw weapon using that model and jm2converter just destroyed the animation. I can't wrap my head around it.
