How do I safely edit this Characterselect.xml/lua to remove the players ability to pick any of these classes and races? I just want the name frame/accept/back to show up and nothing else.

well you can A) just edit char class dbc so they cant pick those classes in general, or B) move the buttons off screen or C) hide them. B/C should still incorporate A modifying the allowed classes, but depends on the visuals you want in the end
