Nope, same file as adt minimaps, md5translate.trs in Textures\minimaps i think

WMOs are saved as a bunch files (one file for each group of the WMO) in md5translate.trs each group is linked up with a minimap blp, you'll see see the structure clearly if you open md5translate.trs

I'll have to look into this, it always bothered me every time I entered a WMO it would have no minimap >.<
