i was thinking maybe delete the character database, and then using mysql, do a um cmake and compile

Yup just clear the DB data for those tables. Need to reload on the player if they are in game too, easiest way would be to force a relog

So if i just do Empty Tables on the characters table it should delete the reset of the character_ tables like character_achievement, and all of the other tables? Or do i need to do Empty Tables on all tables that start with character_ ?

I wouldn't empty any tables manually -- you will delete _all_ data across the entire realm

`SELECT * FROM characters WHERE name = 'stoneharry';`
^
Get the ID of your char
`DELETE FROM character_achievements WHERE guid = ID;`
^
Replace ID with your char ID.
I have not checked the correct table/column names
