If they are new gameobject display models then you need to extract them once, otherwise they will just work.

Hmm, my case scenario would be 3.3.5 using no custom patch, I assume if I spawn an Ulduar Door that's already existing, do I also need to run VMaps extractor after spawning it somewhere?

just make sure they model (display ID) exists in GameObjectModels.dtree and their respective .vmo file is in vmaps folder.
