I searched the core for RewMoneyMaxLevel but I'm just finding functions about the actual money part, not the XP derived from it

XP itself doesn’t use RewMoneyMaxLevel at all. Entirely driven by QuestXP.DBC and the QuestLevel and RewXPDifficulty on quest_template. We had to do the inverse calculation to get the RewMoneyMaxLevel for custom quests.
