developed by nostalrius, less content to work on, content has been very stable for years so they only polish.
and they're just very active on testing mechanics in classic and reproducing blizzlike behaviors

TC hasn't been very active since classic released so they're basically in the old pre classic era of emulators that weren't very accurate
