Don't think so. Wmv may have close approximation. But will fail on non common edge cases

Also it's not as simple as rendering a M2. Spell visuals are made up of multiple effects and attachments that react differently depending on the caster, targets, missile and motion data, etc

For me there's not much of a use case. It's going to be a mammoth task to make it look 1:1 in a external program compared to in-game. And it's quite easy to browse spell visual parts by spawning them on a map as creatures
