What would the benefit over a post in the forum be? You can create a post for every question you have or gather multiple in one post

Idk, a channel you can just chime in for small questions has less of an entrance hurdle than clicking on a topic
It's just abit weird to me that we bounced from chatrooms way back, to forums, back to chats and now back to forums ^^

The only thing I could think of is that your entry there is wrong then. Maybe a duplicate id? Typo in the spell? Wrong class/race mask?

The forum it would so much better since it's cleaner and if they want a "quick" chat channel you can add it as a post forum and let it opened ( maybe called like "quick question" or something like that)
