when you add a "talk action", "text over" event will be triggered in the same script

Creature B has the jump on their SAI, that being said, there are multiple actions here, the creature speaks, jumps, and plays an emote as well, Is there a way i can link the trigger to Creature B's event chain?

yes, you can use generic "set data" action and "on data set" event in the other creature
