maybe try uninstalling your custom patches and see if the error is with your client itself, i'm not sure how you can even end up with a custom battlemasterlist.dbc if you're just manually editing other files

maybe you've somehow broken the mpq archives at some step and it's trying to load an outdated version of it

that issue won't fix itself, your battlemasterlist.dbc is broken. maybe check the contents of your custom DBFilesClient folder (maybe i'm out of the loop, is there some patch i don't know about to make the client load it from the root directory?)
