I've both installed MySQL and uninstalled it too on many GNU/Linux systems many times and never ran into a problem of needing an extra piece of software. It's just the deletion of files surely.

Did you check the logs and how much resource both nginx and the CDN use? Did you check the server to make sure resources aren't all taken up?

nginx should be lightweight and not a culprit.

Seriously what have you tried? Just simply saying there is a problem is very vague and doesn't provide me with the information required to help you.

Honestly, not much I don’t really know what to do to try and figure out what’s causing the issue. Server is only running CDN, nothing else. It has 1gb per second bandwidth. The server also has 1gb download. If there is anymore information needed that I’missing, I’d be more than happy to find it!
