i think the area name is the easiest one to start with here, especially if your server shows correct area names. that just means either you didn't copy the updated areatable.dbc to your client or it's placed in the wrong directory/mpq patch

It's definitely there in dbc directory on the server and in DBFilesClient directory in the patch.

Loading screen being corresponding to an ID in LoadingScreens.dbc which that ID is then specified in Map.dbc under the zone entry.
