the confusing part is that sometimes, "guid" referes to the map guid and not database guid. "spawn guid" usually means map guid, until it doesn't and actually means db guid. but luckily the "guid" you see in that command is the db guid

if you rememeber the guid you removed. Find the world db sql file and grep on that id to find the INSERT statement

i generally recommend making very frequent backups of your db if you're doing custom content like that, it's very easy to delete the wrong thing and then try to figure out all the things you changed

for more complex mods, there are scripting systems like tswow that sidesteps the entire issue and keeps your entire mod structure in code
