since the only thing that's changed here is the blp, i think you can be almost sure the blp is corrupt. blp converters are very bad because the format has a million different settings, so it might require messing around some until you get one that works

a lot of wow formats are really complicated and our tools are often better at reading them than the 13 year old exe
