^oh right, i assumed the debug worldserver had already started outside of vs. tbh, i don't think debugging is going to yield much here, and understanding the output will be hard. I'd probably just try a completely clean install

if you override the blp and did not change the m2, there's your answer. your blp is the problem

i dont think there is any way out of this for me either other than clean install either, im trying to find out how to change start directory but.. yeah

but hey, if you had some c# experience you might want to try tswow, typescript is pretty similar to it

Do you have the edited wow binary thing? You can't edit m2 files because it checks the checksum
