Well that is good news So I opened my visual studio 2019 where I first compiled my server. Do I just click local windows debugger?

when that compile is complete, you need to copy both the exe and the pdb file to your server folder, the pdb file is what contains all the debug info

I got this (screenshot) and under it said "access denied"

And I'm not entirely sure what you mean.
I *think* that the recompiling made a new folder called Trinitycore Build?
And in it, I can find a bin folder that leads to the debug folder that looks like this:
