Yea I don't know much c++ but I have made quite a few things already with smartscripts, so this is probably the best solution for me

You can modify that in **GlobalString.lua** line : 1780 ( for me ), with NAME : **DEFAULT_STAT2_TOOLTIP**
I don't test to change the text value

My client is in french, but as you can see it's the good var
Tell us if it's work when you change the value, (maybe there is a check before or after to show the tooltip)
