It seems I get LOS error ocasionally even in Dragon Isles, but it's rather unusuall.

fences are LOS blocking obstacles indeed. what we are currently doing wrong is using only half the body height of a unit to check for LoS. It should actually be the full height. Means if you can look above the fence, you should be able to hit. This needs fixing.
