Like a regular npc vendor? Give creature_template npcflag of 128 for vendor then .npc add (itemID) (quantity) (extendedcost)

If it's like 335 those mounts or items are jsut items itself. So add them to the vendor like a normal vendor

e.g `.npc add item 153540 1` i dont recall how you add the value ot it (money if any)

not wanting a cash shop just want the items to be where soem one can get them if they want them with out a gm sending the item over to them like all other vendor mounts in game.
