This resembles a dependent progression, in Tera there is initially a button that allows you to apply the entire rotation with one button, which prevents you from getting distracted by a bunch of buttons for stuns on the panels and leads to a non-targeting system based on the mobility and agility of the character, as mobility becomes the priority over a bunch of buttons, compared to a one-button rotation.
In WoW, on the contrary, the dependence on combat is initially prioritized over the piano of buttons from the spell panels, which restricts mobility, forcing players to think more and move less, leading to a real-time turn-based combat that we have always liked)
such is the potential of just 1 button - changing the genre of the game..
