so even if names_profanity is empty in database, content of NamesProfanity.db2 FILE is still used (by sDB2Manager.ValidateName)

It seemed to me that if you disable return sDB2Manager.ValidateName(wname, locale); then checking for restricted names will be disabled, but I didn’t touch it because I’m not sure about it)
