so even if names_profanity is empty in database, content of NamesProfanity.db2 FILE is still used (by sDB2Manager.ValidateName)

It seemed to me that if you disable return sDB2Manager.ValidateName(wname, locale); then checking for restricted names will be disabled, but I didn’t touch it because I’m not sure about it)

which is why... you must actually use hotfixes as they are meant to be used to that client knows you actually deleted those reserved names
