and the biggest annoying shit is, that you can't configure the Specs of the node in the azure configuration

In most cases it should. But that really depends on the software that you tried to install. There are built in tools for debugging, and maybe there is a learning curve (generic k8s knowledge) to use it. But if your software started, or failed during start and not showing the error logs, then it’s not k8s issue. In general, I agree that k8s not perfect, but it seems that market consolidated with it and there is no alternative. So I think you should give it a one more try

In the end I only tried it as a investigativ project for our customer who planned k8s for the future

So basically I tried to figure out how to setup our software from the customer on the k8s system.. but honestly, this shit is even more expensive than just renting a dedicated server tho
