that action doesnt make sense to me because of the "move ... to unit or gameobject" part that implies that destination could be anywhere

I have not tested it in TC but found a bug where creature would incorrectly evade.

1. be a caster
2. cast a spell once on a creature some distance away, say druid wrath
3. move away from your spot where you casted greater than 5 yards so the creature can not attack you from the original position
4. one the creature gets to you try casting, it will evade and eventually reset.

fairly consistant
