So turns out my high elves don't have access to -any- weapon skills besides Unarmed and Defense. The skills they should start with aren't race masked in the DB either. This would most likely be a DBC problem, right?

I just removed every mask from it for all weapon skills. (And every other while at it, since class masks should handle things just fine.)
