spellppmRate_[1-5]
For ITEM_SPELLTRIGGER_CHANCE_ON_HIT (2) the proc per minute rate controls how often the spell is triggered.
probability = (delay / 1000) * (spellppmRate / 60)

Now if only I could figure out why the Skullflame Shield doesn't seem to. It's an on-equip effect, but it's auras should proc on hit. But it just... dosn't seem to, at all.

I think Chance_On_Hit is for hitting an enemy not being hit- and it still ends up with a % chance...
