i could not see any changes, also i saw an curious button " export to sql" so i click, but it drop a config error.

So you would use Ladik's MPQ Editor for that. You'd create a new patch file (.mpq), create a folder inside of it called DBFilesClient and then put the DBC in there, and then put that whole .mpq file in your client's Data folder and name it something like patch-5.mpq
